Your Orientation is Scheduled! Here’s what to do now:
Before Your Appointment
There are a few things you should to to make sure your computer is ready for working with our company.
1. Complete an Internet Speed Test.
Click Here and you’ll be brought to the Speedtest.net website. You do not need to pay for their services… just run the free internet speed test. When you see your results, your upload speed should be 1.0 or better.
2. Install the Google Chrome Browser
We have found that the Chrome browser usually works the best. If you are not already using it, you can click here to download and install it for free now.
3. Update your Flash Settings
The system we use to do video readings utilizes Adobe Flash Player. You should make sure that you have the most recent version installed by clicking here.
At the Time of Your Appointment
Your training will be done on a conference call with other newhires. Its important that you be prepared and ready to go at the scheduled time. The training will begin on-time, so don’t be late or you’ll miss crucial information.
1. On your computer:
You’ll want to be logged into the PsychicNetworker Expert Center, signed in with your Username and Password. Make sure to be using the computer you will be working from… we will be teaching you how to sign-in to the reading platform.
2. On your phone:
You will need to dial into the conference call phone line. Make sure to call in a few minutes early to ensure your connection. The phone number you need to call will be sent to you by email.
