Describe how you first found out about your psychic abilities.

Growing up, my siblings and I always knew about the spirit world, but it was a very simplified understanding. My father worked in a police department and three days before a serious injury he received on duty, I dreamt about it. This was terrifying as an 8-year-old! I effectively shut myself “off” until age ten, when my grandmother walked on. The hardest part was not knowing if you were seeing a living person or a spirit – especially at school. Around 16 I learned that my mother and I weren’t the only ones with abilities. Her father and his mother also could do the same things.

What have you done to develop your abilities?

I began attending a spiritualist church in high school. This church also offered classes, which I attended 2-3 times a week. I earned certification as a medium and continued to develop my other skills

Describe your skills.

I started out receiving information through dreams. Over the years I’ve developed a love and appreciation for tarot, which is my primary tool. Within the last 6 months I’ve begun reading the Akashic Records for clients. Akashic Record interpretation seems to be a rare service. I’ve yet to meet anyone else who does it – hopefully that will change!

Can you communicate with spirits who have passed on?

If the spirits are there and want to communicate, yes. Intuitive readings are heavily dependent on who is present and what kind of information they have for the client. I cannot turn my abilities “off”, so I can communicate with the dead even when I’m outside of a reading. I’m fortunate enough to not only communicate with my deceased relatives, but also my other ancestors who’ve previously walked on.

Are you able to turn your psychic abilities ‘on’ or ‘off’ when you want to?

My abilities are always on. I have a colorful family and those who are deceased like to comment on my personal style, my relationships, and my grocery purchases. There’s a constant “buzz” which can be difficult to ignore when I need downtime. It’s hard to relax when there’s 6 other people in the room!

What is life like living with these abilities?

I have a new appreciation for life and what it has to offer. There are plenty of challenges, but those are all outnumbered by the fullness and love Spirit gives.

Do you think anyone can develop psychic skills?

Absolutely! These gifts are within all of us, but you have to be open and want to use and understand them. We are here to help people and it can be difficult if that’s not something you want to do.

What do you like best about working with PsychicNetworkers?

It’s a chance to interact and assist people on a larger scale. That kind of experience is unmatched.

Do you get readings for yourself?

I do when needed. I look for someone who is genuinely humble and straightforward. I have read for myself, but for more serious things I don’t risk seeing what I want to see.
