Describe how you first found out about your psychic abilities.

I grew up in an essentially atheist household, but with strong spiritual beliefs. So when I came running to my parents because I saw something, even if they couldn’t see it, they never said that it was my imagination. I cannot remember when I first recognized that I had psychic abilities because I don’t remember having a “first” experience. Since I can remember, I have been able to recognize bonds (or a lack of) between myself and others, as well as between any two people. I have also had occasional psychic experiences while asleep: I have always known when a dream was not just a dream. My mother dreamt of the deaths of some of her relatives, so being gifted in this way does run in the family. Also, I was given my first Tarot deck when I was 13. Since then, I have found only a handful of others that “speak” to me.

What have you done to develop your abilities?

While I was in college, I met a coven of Wiccans, who invited me to study with them. It was within this group that I recognized a major shift in my abilities. I began a life-long study of herbs and essential oils both in the use of magic and healing. I also studied Astrology. By the time I graduated from college, I had advanced to third degree High Priestess, the highest rank in the Wiccan tradition. Although I no longer actively practice Wicca, it has permeated my spiritual relationship to the Earth and to all life upon it. Years later, while I was obtaining certification in massage therapy, I became a Reiki Master, learning to direct the energies of the universe to others for healing. This ability also strengthens my connection to others far away, making connections to distant clients that much easier.

Describe your skills.

I am mainly a Tarot reader for this reason: I view Tarot cards not as cards with the power to know, but rather as conduits for messages we already know deep within our souls. So often, what we hope for or what we want or what we fear can get in the way of our ability to listen clearly to our intuition: our souls. The cards cut through all of that and communicate exactly what your soul wants you to know. My job is to interpret those messages from the cards.

Because I am clairsentient and my major psychic skill is sensing connections between people, I specialize in compatibility readings. But don’t misunderstand me: we are compatible or not with all sorts of people in all sorts of relationships: love, friendship, roommates, business, etc. So if your question concerns how you do or might relate to another person… or group of people, I can help! I use a variety of Tarot card spreads, from simple three-card readings to those where we look at two choices. I can also do detailed personality or situation readings using a dozen or more cards.

Additionally, I sometimes consult a pendulum to ask yes/no questions.

Are you able to turn your psychic abilities ‘on’ or ‘off’ when you want to?

Because I have grown up relying on my intuition to guide me, my abilities have never gotten in the way of my life, nor do I turn it on or off. It is always on.

What is life like living with these abilities?

Although I am happy staying home and being alone, I love being social. But often I find myself going out but not talking to anyone because of my ability. I have been blessed to have soul mates in my life, and once you understand the intensity of that kind of relationship (whether they are friends to you or something more) it makes other interactions almost not worth it. I have missed opportunities in certain areas of my life because I had no connection to the person I needed to talk to.

Do you think anyone can develop psychic skills?

I think that everyone is created with psychic skills. Unfortunately, most people don’t think of them when they consider the skills they teach their kids. Also, psychic abilities are not often regarded as “good.” They can be equated to magic. But anyone can learn. It takes a faith in yourself and your intuition and a dedication to practicing that involves learning never to doubt the inner feelings you have, no matter how off base they might seem when compared to other people’s opinions.

What do you like best about working with PsychicNetworkers?

I love providing remote readings to clients because both of us can be in the comfort of our own homes (or wherever we feel most comfortable). This is very important because when we feel safe, we are more open and receptive and are therefore more able to make a stronger psychic connection. When you go to a corner psychic, you are entering her or his space and leaving your own. They have almost total control over the situation. Speaking with a psychic over the phone or the internet keeps you in control over the meeting.

Do you get readings for yourself?

I do readings for myself all the time, and when I ask a silly question, my cards refuse to give me a straight answer. I also get readings for myself sometimes, but usually it’s with a soul mate friend of mine who also has strong psychic abilities. For her, I am easy to read for. Her cards give her clear symbols for what I need to know. The few times I have gone to a psychic whom I did not know already, I have often refused a reading because I did not feel a psychic connection. I also know that catch phrases and fishing techniques of fake psychics, so once one red flag goes up, I’m outta there!
