Describe how you first found out about your psychic abilities.

In 2009 I underwent a drastic change including a downsizing at my company. I was very hurt and distraught over the loss of my job, and what I perceived as my identity. I felt lost, until I reconnected with an old friend who told me she was very interested in crystals and angels. I went to my local new age bookstore and had an angel card reading from one of their readers and in the course of that reading she told me that I should be doing this for a living. I had not given this much thought as the corporate world had been my home for so may years. I then took some courses in crystal healing and then eventually angel card reading. I become more in tune with my abilities and have been honing those skills ever since. I get great pleasure helping others with the help of my cards.

What have you done to develop your abilities?

I have had training in the past and I am continually learning new skills and new ways of reading. I am certified through Doreen Virtue as an Angel Card Reader and an Advanced Angel Card Reader including oracle and angel tarot cards. I am also currently a second degree Reiki practitioner, I am studying reflex-ology and I am interested in learning about numerology.

Describe your skills.

During a reading I connect with the client and use my cards to help with that connection. Once I have pulled the cards I read each card and then I also link those cards together to tell your story or the story of what the messages are and their meanings. I can also use a pendulum for quick yes or no answers, although I can get yes or no answers through the cards, I feel using the cards I can provide a more in-depth reading that is for the greater good of the client.

Are you able to turn your psychic abilities ‘on’ or ‘off’ when you want to?

At this point because I am still discovering them myself, I cannot turn the off or on at will, they are there whether I want them to be there or not. They don’t interfere with my day-to-day life at this point.

What is life like living with these abilities?

I am forever grateful for these abilities and love to develop them daily, I have found sometimes that life and decisions can be confusing as I have to try to quit over-analyzing things and let them happen. When it comes to making a decision I have to trust that the decisions I make are based on truth rather than the ego.

Do you think anyone can develop psychic skills?

I think if someone is open and willing to take the time to develop their skills then yes I think anyone can develop these skills. I still have trouble calling myself psychic simple because I picture them as someone who speaks with spirit and sees spirit but over the course of the past several years I have discovered that everyone to some degree has some ability and that if they just take the time to develop it they too can excel.

I like providing remote readings to my clients. I have done this over the telephone, via chat, email and video in addition to face-to-face. Is there anything else you would like to share about your abilities?

When I lost my job back in 2009 my new focus and direction was to be in service of others and this is what compels me to provide readings to others. I want to try to make a difference in other people’s lives. So in addition to providing readings to people, I also really like to hear about their experiences and when possible how my reading made a difference in their lives.
