Describe how you first found out about your psychic abilities.

I’ve always known and felt things about the people around me. My whole life I’ve had precognition, usually in the form of dreams, of my major life events. My parents were spiritually aware and nurtured my intuition. When I was young I was not very open and communicative about what I picked up on. The main reason being, I didn’t understand how I knew the things I did.

As a child, I would wake up in the morning feeling my third eye tingle as I looked out the window. I was filled with the awareness that I was a light worker, that I was meant to share my light with others.

The first tarot deck I ever saw was my mother’s Rider Waite. I started using the tarot regularly for myself and friends when I was about 20 years old. I pull a card every day for myself, so I can use my life experience to gain greater understanding and meaning for each card.

I have astral traveled since I was a child. I have had a lot of fun over the years experimenting with where I want to go and visiting people on the astral plane. My guides have always given me information in my dreams, inner knowing and feelings.

I have always sensed energy and used to provide energy healing long before I learned Reiki. After I learned Reiki, I knew teaching and sharing Reiki was a major part of my life path.

What have you done to develop your abilities?

I have taken psychic development classes that focused on doing clairvoyant readings, past life readings and aura readings. I also am a Reiki Master Teacher. Reiki enhances any natural psychic and healing abilities a person has because it raises your vibration and opens your chakras, especially your heart chakra and third eye.

I found it much easier to receive information after being attuned to Reiki. I also found I could communicate with my departed loved ones after I learned Reiki. My mother who is deceased, told me it was because the Reiki opened my heart chakra so much and healed my grief. I also found the energy healing that came through me became noticeably stronger. The main thing I do now to keep my psychic abilities flowing is meditating with Reiki everyday.

In addition, have a BA in Business Administration and a JD, law degree. I think my education helps me put words to the unseen energy and apply it practically.

Describe your skills.

During a reading with me, I create sacred space with Reiki. Reiki is very high vibrating spiritually guided life force that heals on all levels. So any information or healing that comes through is coming from the light and always serves your highest good.

A reading with me is really a combination of healing and spiritual advice. I watch where the Reiki goes and get impressions on how it is helping you. I can see how it helps emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually. I use the Reiki to help clear your path and remove obstacles. For example, if you have a relationship or financial problem, I can help eliminate and bring awareness to energetic patterns that gets in the way and cause discomfort in your life.

Not only can I see potential outcomes to situations by looking into your near future. I can help shift the energy, and give you practical ways to address issues. Once you have realigned your energy around a subject, another possibility more to your liking has the opportunity to unfold. I usually use tarot cards to help give me words for the energy I am picking up on. Sometimes, I look at them and it’s like watching a movie.

I also feel a strong connection to the angelic realm. I work regularly with Archangel Raphael and he has given me symbols to use to help others feel more peaceful and centered. I am happy to help with any area of life, whether it be health, relationships, career, family, travel, spiritual development or general life direction.

Can you communicate with spirits who have passed on?

Yes, after I learned Reiki, I found I was able to connect with my mom and dad, who both passed in my teen years and my grandparents.

I can consciously connect with those who have crossed over using Reiki. The distant Reiki symbol brings everything to the here and now. I find it really isn’t much different from sending someone Reiki who is incarnated. I like to tell people who I’m pretty introverted with strong boundaries. So just like in my daily life where I don’t talk to everyone I pass on the street, I don’t let every passing spirit in either. That would just be too overwhelming.

At times, deceased loved ones show up in a reading who mostly want to share their love with their living relative. Usually, I will get a feeling for what they are like. I don’t get their names. Each time I connect with someone who has crossed is a unique experience. Sometimes it feels like they push me forward, or I feel pressure in my body, until I have communicated everything. Other times, it is like having a conversation with them in my head. Another way the departed communicate is silently showing me images.

Are you able to turn your psychic abilities ‘on’ or ‘off’ when you want to?

I don’t ever turn off or on my psychic abilities. I do however turn on my Reiki and create sacred space before I read or do healing work for others. I always intend that whatever serves my client come through me during a session. I also affirm I am a clear and open channel and my ego steps aside. I also practice strong energetic boundaries and keep my aura and mind clear with Reiki in order to not get overloaded with other peoples’ energy. That is the closest thing to turning it off. But really it’s always on.

What is life like living with these abilities?

I find living with my abilities is very helpful. I have learned to follow my guidance even if it doesn’t make sense in the moment. My guides are very clear with me. They give me information in dreams and I also sometimes do readings for myself. I am always listening to my inner being to give me direction and helpful information. I find that living consciously with my psychic abilities makes life easier in general. If I pick up information about someone else in my daily life, I just follow my guidance about whether it serves them to hear the information.

Do you think anyone can develop psychic skills?

Absolutely. I do believe anyone can develop their psychic abilities. Anyone willing and open who pays attention to their thoughts, feelings and inspiration will get information to help themselves an others. I don’t know a single person who hasn’t ‘known’ when someone was going to call, or was just thinking of that person. To me that is a psychic ability.

I think people just get too specific when they think of psychic abilities. I think people use their intuition in areas that they focus on a lot. The way a surgeon uses his intuition will be way different from a psychic reader. But they both get information that helps others and makes their life easier.

What do you like best about working with PsychicNetworkers?

I like working with PsychicNetworkers because it gives me more opportunity to connect with others. I can focus on what I do best without having to worry about the rest. I just pick up the phone and tune in. I like it because of the flexibility. I turn on my phone when I am ready to tap in and help others.

Do you get readings for yourself?

I do a lot of readings for myself and my guides are always showing me the way. Occasionally when I am too enmeshed or upset to get clear answers for myself I will get a reading from a trusted friend. I’m pretty private and sometimes, I don’t even want to share with my friends. Then I will work with a professional I don’t know personally. 
When I use a professional reader I just follow my intuition about who to work with.

Is there anything else you would like to share about your abilities?

Before I was doing professional readings, while I was in law school, I had a good friend ask me to put on her shoes. As soon as I did, I felt a tingly, expansive energy wash over me. I then proceeded to channel information about her life and give her guidance for about 20 minutes. When the energy subsided, I didn’t remember what I had said. I just knew I was giving her information about her life. I asked her if she knew that was going to happen. She said she had a feeling it would.

That is a very good example of why I always wanted things new. I was never attracted to antiques or used clothes. Now I know how to run my own energy and clear out unwanted energy, so used items don’t bother me so much. The funny thing is I had no idea I was empathic when I was younger. I never even acknowledged that I was feeling energy. I always preferred to focus on just knowing or seeing information.
