Describe how you first found out about your psychic abilities.

I never “discovered” I had a psychic gift. Being psychic, spiritual, and doing readings is just something I grew up with. The gifts of healing and prophecy have been traced back at least six generations on my mother’s side. My great-grandmother used to play a game with my cousins and I that she called “Seeing with Nona”, which I now have come to realize was her way of teaching us at a very young age to utilize different tools for divination as well as to hone in our already God-given gifts. It was very common to come in the house and see readings being done at the kitchen table or circles going on in the living room.

What have you done to develop your abilities?

I have had a lot of training through the years. I am blessed and privileged to say that I have had some of the best teachers in the spiritual industry. I had the amazing experience to be a student and learn from the renowned psychic medium Lisa Williams. I have taken a number of classes in a very well-known community known as Lily Dale, New York. I continue to take classes even now as well as do some teaching. I will never stop working on my gifts. I feel we can never know enough. I am certified in advanced evidential mediumship as well as trance mediumship. I also am a certified Angel card reader taught by Doreen Virtue. I have two degrees in Spirit one and two demonstrating accuracy in prophecy. I am also certified in Usui Reiki and QiGong.

Describe your skills.

We never know what is going to happen during a reading. That is what makes it a unique experience for both myself as well as my client. Often times we will enter into a reading with a certain focus only for spirit to take us in a completely different direction. Spirit always knows what we need much more than we do. I don’t really need any tools to do a reading but I do use them to add more to the reading. I like to use a mix of angel cards, tarot, and lenormand cards and most times will blend the decks together to get every possible insight, scenario, and answers needed. You will hear me ask if you want to know everything. I ask this because by doing this method of reading anything and everything may come up and I want to make sure my client is prepared. This is a wonderful way to find answers regarding your love life, career, or any life purpose.

Can you communicate with spirits who have passed on?

I can communicate with loved ones who have crossed over. I thought everyone could until I went to elementary school. I couldn’t understand the first funeral I went to why people were crying. Couldn’t they see their loved one was still right beside them perfectly happy and in the perfect state of health? I have learned to shut this ability to communicate on and off to a point. It’s a gift when a client wants that connection but not so much when the person in line in front of you at the grocery store has a deceased relative pop up. I have now learned that not everyone is that excited to hear from their dead mother in law. When spirit does step forward I always have my own spirit guide (who happens to be my great-great grandma Rose) act as my gate-keeper. She makes sure I only have connection with spirits that are from the light. One thing I like about working with spirit is there never is a dull moment.

Personalities stay the same even after they cross. I was doing a reading for woman and her husband came through using some very colorful language. I thought she would be mortified but to my surprise she could not have been any more happy. She told me if he had come through any other way she wouldn’t have believed it was really him. She told me he even used to slip and swear in church a lot of times. People have asked me if its depressing working with dead people. I find it quite the opposite. I am a very positive person which attracts very positive uplifting spirits to me. It’s a beautiful experience to know our love will go on and on for eternity.

Are you able to turn your psychic abilities ‘on’ or ‘off’ when you want to?

I can turn my psychic abilities on and off to a certain degree. They are always there but it is a matter of me choosing to tune in or not. The way i do tune in before a reading is with my special short prayer and I surrender to spirit. By doing that I relax and spirit knows I’m “on the clock”. At the end of the day I clear my space by burning holy wood and sage. I thank all the angels, guides, and loved ones who have helped get messages out that day . Spirit then knows I am done for the day. Although there are those persistent few from time to time who must think I’m on call and Nona Rose lets them through.

Do you think anyone can develop psychic skills?

I feel like we all have psychic ability and are mediumistic to some degree. It’s a matter of how much effort we want to put in to our development and how much fine tuning we choose to do. It’s really no different than learning to play an instrument. With proper training and lots of practice anyone who wanted to play it could.

What do you like best about working with PsychicNetworkers?

I love doing readings. I absolutely love reading over the phone and feel like our angels set both myself and client up together. I think there isn’t any other type of work that could be more satisfying for me. I hear time and time again how the reading they received from me and the interaction and connection made such a positive difference either in their day, week, and/or life and helped them to find doors that were waiting for them to open.
