Describe how you first found out about your psychic abilities.

My psychic gifts did come naturally. My family, both paternal and maternal, are very intuitive. Family members have had dreams which came true, and some of them are very spiritual. I first experienced second sight and clairsentience when I was three years old. There was a woman at my father’s church who had always made me feel uncomfortable. Then one day, my mother and father were having a conversation with her after services, and I could see these tiny beings running all over her body. I freaked out running right under my mother’s dress. My father thought I was crazy, but my mother told me I was seeing demons attached to the woman. I continued to have psychic experiences on into adulthood. For example, I have dreams (night visions, premonitions) that have come true, or have served as warnings. I can sense other people’s emotions, feelings, and what has occurred in their lives. I can speak with spirit guides and angel s, as a medium. I can sense and feel what is true or false. After years of doubting myself, I slowly began embracing my psychic gifts and my goal is to continue helping others, as I have been since 2001. Many have reported to me that their own intuitive abilities have been enhanced after speaking with me. That makes me very grateful and happy.

What have you done to develop your abilities?

I have prayed! Much prayer over the years. I have prayed for understanding and I have learned from the experience of using them. Trial and error has proven to be a great asset for accuracy and delivering details to my customers. I am also certified in Mediumship abilities. Many people call me “Prophetess.” I have a degree in Counseling as well, and I have many years of experience as a Customer Service Representative. I became a Spiritual Minister in 2012, ordained by the Church of New Life. I love to serve others and in utilizing my psychic gifts, I strive to be professional and accurate in providing details with clarity. I have been described as being very understanding and compassionate. Many of my clients say I am like a Mother to them. I love that.

Describe your skills.

When I am in a psychic reading session, I connect via clairsentience mostly, at first. I start connecting to the subject at hand and sense emotions, thoughts, feelings which set the stage for the angels to allow me to connect even more. I may hear information, I may be shown visions, and connect to the customer’s own spirit guides, ancestors, or those who have crossed over. I work in the Light only. I do not use cards, or astrological signs etc. I believe that being able to connect to people involved in a reading, to the point of conversing with them via spirit communication, is one of my most unique gifts. Gifts will be accessible to me at random and interchangeably. I never know which ones I will be using prior to the start of the reading. I just know that, what I need to view for the customer, is always there. And I am thankful for it. Also, via spirit communication, when I do connect and converse with people, it is always so great to have them regard me as a safe being to speak with. They are never leery of me or shy away. I fully accept and receive my spiritual gifts, and I pray to help even more people by accepting work from law enforcement to help solve cases for example.

Can you communicate with spirits who have passed on?

I am able to communicate with spirits who have passed on, but only through guides and a hierarchy of angels. Also, I do not deliberately seek those who have crossed over specifically. At times, the customer’s loved ones, who have crossed over, will come in to help them on the reading via my medium abilities. Or, they will converse with me via the angels in order to help their loved one here on earth. It does not happen on every reading though. However, I welcome the gift and it has proven to be very helpful in providing more information.

Are you able to turn your psychic abilities ‘on’ or ‘off’ when you want to?

The way I turn my psychic abilities “off” is to ignore them in order to have a sense of normalcy in my life. I am a mother of two sons, and after spending a lot of time in the spirit realm utilizing spiritual gifts, housework can seem a little mundane. Therefore, I ignore what I am sensing or hearing from the spiritual realm to engage in normal daily activities. I also focus on meditation and prayer in order to be present more as Mother and generally, a human being.

What is life like living with these abilities?

I have had a very difficult time with my family members most of all. My mother, who passed away in 1990, understood my gifts however my father and the rest of the family didn’t. They wanted me to be some “big shot” professional like a doctor or lawyer–someone they could brag on. They do not understand readings and think that they are of “the dark side.” My father was a Pentecostal Minister. I couldn’t even wear pants. Later, I thought how amusing it was that I chose him to be my parent in this lifetime. He made me feel as if I were wrong or something was medically wrong with me. This feeling lingered with me for years. I was finally free of it about 10 years ago. My sister continues on with my father’s theory of why I am a psychic medium. Also amusing is the fact that my sister and her daughter actually watch and like shows such as “Long Island Medium.” However, they refuse to believe that I bear the gifts, and they do not want me to use them. I can’t live my life for others no matter who they are. I know I was given these gifts to help others, and that’s what I am going to continue doing. I love my spiritual abilities. They help me, my sons and many people over the years, by confirming everyday that there is a Higher Power and we are all connected. The spiritually enlightened don’t see someone’s race, are not judgmental, and they do not like to be placed in a “box.” We can’t be limited to some sort of religion. There is a unified oneness, not all of these factions of this religion or that. I am so grateful to be able to discern this. I am thankful to be able to teach my sons, who are also spiritually intuitive, and can access the angel realms. It’s great.

Do you think anyone can develop psychic skills?

I believe one can develop psychic skills and abilities. I know that by praying to the Light, to my Higher Power, I have had inhibitions removed, and the learning process has led me into a more mature and experienced place as a psychic with mediumship abilities. I believe those who seek to do good, and would never cause any type of harm to others, would develop their psychic skills well, with the help of spirit guides. I believe if one with such gifts or skills would seek from a Higher Power, they will be led in utilizing their skills, and their life’s purpose would be identified or revealed.

I believe everyone is born with a level of extra sensory perception. However, due to the limiting beliefs in this world, such as stereotypes, labeling, environment and other outer influences, they do not develop the perception. Their innate gifts may lie dormant for their entire lifetime. These gifts do come with a great responsibility.

Do you get readings for yourself?

I do not seek readings for myself. However, I do, from time to time, ask my sons, or a friend who is an intuitive, for confirmation. Over 20 years ago, I did call advisors, hoping to learn more about utilizing my gifts and what my purpose is. I did not find that out from calling advisors, however, I did make a couple of new friends. Also, it helped me learn to not have to know everything about my gifts and why I bear them. I needed to know, “why, why” and it wasn’t about “why”, just use them.

I had been told by many advisors I did call in the past, that I am very difficult to read for. I was never satisfied with my readings because I was not satisfied in my inner self. My inner self would transform into what it was meant to be–my true self. No one could help me with that on earth. I learned to trust in my own intuition, if I am not feeling emotional for example. I use to absorb the energy of those I interact with and it would give me a false sense of myself for a while. I learned how to release the energy of others and there is no manual for that. None of the advisors could tell me at that time, that it was quite a problem for me and cause a lot of harm to me in various ways. I’ve learned to turn things over to God it brings me peace. Many advisors have helped customers to in seeking their higher power as well as their path.

People need someone to talk to who understands and knows how to help them as an advisor would. I do believe that a customer who is seeking a psychic reading, should stick with the advisors who are the best fit for them. These advisors will have proven accuracy, and will start to feel like a friend or mentor.

Is there anything else you would like to share about your abilities?

I love the way I can see how gifted those who do bear the gifts are. They are like shining lights. Also, I love the night visions, or premonitions I receive. They have proven to be such a great light of guidance in my life. The symbolism and the messages are so clear and vivid. I also love how, over the years as my spiritual abilities developed, I started to not only have awareness, but feel, that I am a spiritual being first, in a human body. I am a spirit born, spirit based being, who is living the human experience and trying to learn and grow as much as I can. The stronger I am, the more people I can reach out to. People with spiritual gifts have lived before. They have lived many past lifetimes and have an old soul. It is such a Blessing to have those with such gifts, working on behalf of others. They could take a “9-5” job for ex. and just ignore their abilities. Some have done just that. However, thank God for the ones w ho do put on that “cape” everyday and are to serve others and help in the unique ways in which they are gifted.
